Jaw R.E.S.E.T.

Jaw R.E.S.E.T is a simple and effective energy system of easing the Temporo-mandibular joint by relaxing jaw muscles developed by Philip Rafferty. Using hand and finger placement to direct healing energy with intention to specific muscles on the face, neck and head, the TMJ which often bears the impact of stressful events or lifestyle is directed to relax.

Muscles of the jaw correspond to other areas of the body such as the psoas muscle and kidneys involved in lower back pain. Easing the jaw can relax the whole body and promote high level emotional stress and tension to release.

A R.E.S.E.T. treatment involves two 45 minute sessions, ideally held a week apart to allow integration and healing.
